The firms network model is an important form of aggregation and cooperation for small and medium-sized enterprises which can improve their access to credit. Banks also are now considering networks as an opportunity, both in marketing terms and for risk control. Assessing effectiveness of firms networks requires the adoption of appropriate performance measures and of a common policy program between the parties of the network
