A more democratic, less bureaucratic Europe is strongly needed

Italian banks have undergone a large change in recent years, pressed by the European regulation and by market competition spirit, facing the crisis only with private funds and without State resources. Identical rules are necessary, coming from a new less-burocratic Europe, with a revision of those that clearly appear un-constitutional.
