In 2020 the worldwide explosion of the Covid-19 pandemic put all companies in front of a great challenge, inducing banks to completely rethink the way they work and their operational models. The effort made has highlighted how uncertainty can leave room for the ability to govern complexities and constantly evolve over time while, continuing to invest in people. In this context, Intesa Sanpaolo Group has outlined and promoted a model of new balance, that allows people to enjoy the benefits of smart working in terms of life-work integration and the company to offer greater opportunities for talents' attraction and retention, to maintain high productivity and to reduce environmental impacts, preserving a social dimension considered strategic in terms of innovation and creativity skills.
