Italian companies are benefiting, in dealing with the crisis, from a major financial strengthening carried out in recent years. However, as the Governor of the Bank of Italy has also pointed out, measures are essential to rebalance their financial structure, to strengthen capitalisation and to facilitate the necessary transition to digitalization and sustainability.
