Next Generation Eu is not just a funding programme to stimulate post-Covid-19 economic recovery. It is also an idea of the future European society, aimed at sustainable development, the reduction of inequalities and gaps in income and employment between Member States, centered on digitalisation and innovation. In the future digital society, change will be constant, with long-life training, and safety and trust among the distinctive factors of new services.
