Mini-bond issuing and Sme financing in European financial markets

Mini bonds issuing is growing as an alternative financing channel to bank credit. To develop bonds issuing, some European countries have developed bond markets which are an established source of debt capital for many unlisted medium-sized and smaller companies. The results of a study that analyzes the bond market in Norway, Germany, France, Spain and Italy provide guidance in identifying structural conditions useful for a further development of the market in Italy
