Italian banks have made extraordinary efforts to face the crisis with significant efforts in terms of capitalization, waiting for the bank profitability recovery. Hence the need for a profound transformation led by changes in technological innovation and customer behaviour. Sound and shared rules in the industrial relations will contribute to address the challenges regarding the organizational and productive structures of banks.
