The role of Italian banks for recovery

Banks in Italy are sustaining recovery; notwithstanding the excessive length of civil justice, stringent capital requirements, very low rates. They are encouraging savings and investments but are penalized by the European contradictions. In particular those of the Banking Union, still lacking of identical rules.
