Administrative liability of companies and Gdpr: organizational best practices and digital security

The European General Data Protection Regulation and the Organisational and Management models introduced in the Italian framework in 2001 regarding the administrative liability of Companies are interdependent, because the legislator has included computer crimes in the catalog of predicate offences and because the causes (and the relative solutions) are linked to the same factor: the organization and people culture. To be compliant, it would be advisable to develop more effective organizational models that support best practices and are also based on the promotion of a culture of digital security.
