Pope Leo XIV in his first encyclical «Magnifica Humanitas» indicates an authoritative direction, with regard to Artificial Intelligence, which concerns everyone: governments, businesses, digital platforms, citizens. And so are the banks. He recalls the need for democratic rules that govern the use of AI. In fact, democracy teaches us that, in order for a social organization to be stable, and to avoid the great disasters of totalitarianism in the last century, the rules must be given in a democratic way and according to principles of participation that guarantee each citizen his or her role.
