Banks are investing in many technological innovations, including Artificial Intelligence. In Italy, Ai could improve efficiency, but it is necessary to manage its risks with ethical principles, transparency and social responsibility. Ai allows banks to increase their ability to analyze data, predict behavior, and personalize services, but it brings challenges to data security and privacy. Ai needs to be explainable and humanly supervised. Ai can automate processes and improve customer interaction, but it requires a balance between innovation and accountability. A structured approach is needed, ensuring security, transparency and regulatory compliance. Ai also affects work management, requiring training and new jobs. Social dialogue can play an important role in protecting workers' rights and ensuring the sustainable and responsible development of Ai.
