Artificial intelligence is an extremely powerful technology, which has significant impacts in many areas; for this reason, there is a lot of talk about it and its possible effects are studied. In addition to the ethical aspects, which must be addressed at the highest company levels, it is necessary to guarantee investments, also in terms of organization, processes and training, adequate to ensure growth in the medium/long term. Finally, the assessment of the possible impacts on employment levels cannot be separated from a careful analysis of demographic evolution and the adequacy of the education system.
