Information sharing has a great importance for the economic and financial system. An adequate information circulation between intermediaries that can improve their risk managemen is in fact a public interest. The authorities must work to design a context, not necessary regulatory, that encourages a shared glossary, the gathering and organization of information able to capture the various and often complementary dimensions of the same phenomenon. In the cyber field, it could be useful to define events in a shared manner, classify them temporally to correspond to different information needs, make data available to different actors in innovative ways by developing a Dbcyber.
