Business transformation in banks: the new synapsis bank model

In a context of instability and after the great financial crisis, the Italian and International banking industry highlighted the urgency of a change on many of the main cornerstones of the traditional business model. A revolutionary change that followed various transformations, both with a short-medium and long term impact and with a pay-off that is not yet determined and rather uncertain in terms of amount: the deleveraging/derisking in the banking sector; its industrialization and digitalization.
