The inclusion in Italy's Constitution of the express commitment to Environmental protection, following the 2022 revision, leads institutions and private individuals to intervene in various ways, in order to tune economic activities and social relations to the goal of a coexistence characterized by Sustainability. The system of economic and social value creation is called upon to assume a decisive responsibility: the behaviour expected of these actors must, however, be matched by public policies aimed at creating the conditions for market and social economy actors to find adequate support to meet the costs of a just economic and social transition.
