European Secured Note: a new banks funding tool for Sme financing

Within the Cmu, in parallel and synergy with the objective of relaunching securitization, it is necessary to introduce a new funding tool for banks on the covered bond model that allows greater flexibility in the definition of Funding strategies in relation to changing market conditions and different risk management needs. This new security, called European Secured Note, would allow to enhance on the capital markets the qualities of the companies financed in terms of creditworthiness and, possibly, business sustainability according to Esg criteria.
