Services concern transactions, payments or financial intermediation, including the management of financial risk and cryptocurrencies or InsurTech and RegTech products, sometimes using blockchains to validate data. Valuation metrics follow standard criteria, based on discounted cash flows or market comparables, to be adapted to the specific business models and to the milestones of the firm (early stage start-up; consolidated company, etc.).
