Immersed in the digital world, postmodern consumers have lost the habit of using cash in favor of digital payments. The use of social networks is giving rise to a new concept of digital identity in which consumers want to feel part of a community, participate in Esg issues and establish direct links with brands. In response to this change, Super-Apps are emerging in Asia: «all-in-one» solutions that offer multiple services in a single touchpoint, framing payment in a broader ecosystem. The development of such solutions presents banks with challenges and opportunities for partnerships with emerging players. Will banks be able to overcome the logic of constellation in favor of integration? In view of the European regulatory framework, what will be the key factors to leverage?
