What might a hybrid human-artificial economy be? Let’s consider the legal and technological requirements that must be met for Ai to not only serve as a product but act as a consumer. In theory, the economy of the future could be run by superintelligent artificial agents, lacking consciousness and thus the ethical values that, despite their flaws, have shaped the legal framework of human economics.
