Natalino Irti left a profound mark in Italian culture: from the legal positivism of the 60s and 70s to the market theory of the 90s, from legal nihilism to the latest studies (2020-2025) on law and the individual. At the center are the final themes of the Grundnorm and the obedience of the listener in the face of the power of techno-economics. The individual placed in front of an either-or, suspended between the technological «overworld» and the identity «underground».
