The management of organizational change is proving increasingly significant, to counteract losses of efficiency and competitive effectiveness and above all to respond to the new motivational, cultural and ethical-social demands of the people in the company, acting on their potential. In particular, in the banking industry, this activity requires new tools for measuring and controlling the effects of the introduction of new structures and new models of operational behavior. The experimental experience designed in an Italian bank has helped to offer relevant research ideas for the definition of more flexible, decentralized and participatory models of an eco-systemic and holistic type.
