Three studies carried out by ABI in collaboration with banks, «Internal communication in the time of Covid», «People, environment, prosperity. The internal communication of sustainability» and «One community, many communities: the strength of social ties in banks», trace the route from which relevant aspects of recent years clearly appear. An increasingly integrated scenario is emerging, supported by open communication methods and relationships based on social collaboration. Internal communication, in a rapidly evolving world, fosters a climate of trust and cohesion, transmitting a coherent and attractive corporate image. It is a field in which information is exchanged and languages, tools and skills are shared and tested. The future does not wait, it is built by aiming for synergies, day after day.
