Given the rapid evolution of the market environment and the expected impacts on the Wealth management industry, private banks will have to accelerate their development path by acting on three key levers: from the evolution of the commercial proposition to the strengthening of digital maturity and the integration of Esg logic into their business model. In this context, the speed of execution of strategies will be even more important than usual. Partnerships with Fintech operators and developments with open banking logic will also be increasingly relevant to compete and win the tender in the private banking market.
