Real estate techniques and financing, the move to Proptech

During the last decades the real estate market has changed significantly due to the new demand and supply features that were changed by technology innovation. The main changes were related to selling or renting real estate assets, the tools for managing real estate investments and the financing solutions available in the market. The article presents the main type of services offered by proptech companies for negotiation, management and financing showing the main differences with those offered by traditional players and presenting the specific features of the Italian market with respect to the international standards.
