Smart working in banks, the Italian approach

The phenomenon of so-called smart working is not entirely new, but the big news is its rapid development. In fact, in recent years in Italy it has surged and now affects a number of workers more than five times than before the pandemic. Smart working is on its way to becoming an important part of an articulated model of work organization that needs constant rereading and redefinition. In the banking sector, there is a positive evolutionary trend that can give rise to a model that is inserted in a fluid and coherent way within a broad and shared system of work organization.
