The Constitutional guarantees on Savings

Italy and the European Union now need to better ensure the stability of money and savings, not diminishing the Constitutional guarantees wisely approved seventy years ago by the Italian Constituents. Article 47 of the Constitution is always in force and acts as an insurmountable limit.
