The decree for the protection of savings

The decree approved by the Italian Government the 23rd of December 2016 has created the conditions to realize effective protection of savings and is welcomed as it strikes the right balance between assuring stability, investors protection and the respect of the European regulatory framework, promoting the stability of banks and thus the recovery.
