Over the past decades, the financial sector has experienced a continuous digital evolution that has changed the range of services and instruments on offer and influenced consumers' financial behaviour. Based on a questionnaire administered to Italian consumers this work investigates the financial behaviour of retail consumers realised through digital channels by studying its determinants. The analysis reveals that in addition to socio-demographic and socioeconomic variables, Digital financial behaviour is positively influenced by financial knowledge, digital literacy, knowledge of cryptoassets and the degree of trust in automation.
