The annual draft bill on Smes presented in May 2025 introduces innovative and positive measures in favor of Italian companies that will encourage destocking operations, thanks to the financial technique of securitization. These measures will also represent an evolution of the legislation on securitization which, born mainly at the service of banks and financial intermediaries, has evolved over the years and has become a useful tool for financing and supporting the real economy. The proposals will offer new opportunities for both Italian companies and banks and investors.
