The concept of Ethics comes from afar and cannot be taken for granted. In the field of Economics, following a line of thought that goes from the teachings of Mazzini and Minghetti to the II Vatican Council and Einaudi, the idea that Ethics must prevail over Law is increasingly taking shape. It has also to be compared to the quality of life and well-being, not only material, that it spreads.
