The new Italian Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency aims at a comprehensive reform of the Italian Insolvency law. An efficient Insolvency regime can be a driver for economic growth, allowing early awareness of financial distress and safeguarding the business’ entrepreneurial potential during a crisis, in order to avoid non-repayment of loans.
