In the workplace, people should not be considered as a resource to achieve strategic goals, but as a source of many resources. Respecting, knowing, and recognizing people as such, enhancing them as an element and purpose of the strategy, is a strong point to achieve business results in a sustainable way. This is also true in the banking sector as it, more than others, is sensitive to changes and technological innovation and constantly evolves its organizational and commercial models.
